No there are no hidden charges. You only pay for the work we do.

We generally give a quotation before any service or treatment is carried out to keep transparency.

Is there any preparation we need to do beforehand?

As with any pest we have strategic preparation instructions which will be explained to you before we carry out any treatment or service.

The technician will always give pre-treatment instructions to help prepare the premises correctly before any treatment is carried out.

How long does it take for someone to get back to me after submitting an online enquiry?

After submitting an enquiry online we will contact you within 10 minutes.

Will the technician who visits be able to do the work there and then?

The technician who visits will do the survey of what is required to exterminate the pest. The technician will then go through with you of what work is needed to be completed and they will do the work there and then as the technicians carry all the equipment needed on the van with them.
